Blue slip

 

A safety inspection report for unregistered vehicles.  A Blue slip is required to register a vehcle in NSW that is unregistered, has come from interstate or has been imported. 

You may also require a Blue slip to adjust records or clear a defect.

Dural Motor Works is an Authorised Unregistered Vehicle Inspection Station (AUVIS) where you can get a blue slip inspection for Cars, Light Trucks, Motorcycles and trailers, INCUDING TRAILERS WITH BREAK AWAY BRAKING SYSTEMS!

We also issue VINS for compliant home made trailers.

 

Pink Slip ( INSPECTION REQUIRED) E Safety Check

 

Most vehicles more than five years old will require a safety inspection as a condition of registration renewal, some categories require and inspection more often. Your registration renewal notice will advise if your vehicle needs an inspection

 

Driving an unregistered vehicle attracts on-the-spot fines ($1007 for driving uninsured and unregistered) and four demerit points.
